2009 Keep Atlanta Beautiful T-shirt Design Contest
—DEADLINE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 14!!
For those of you who missed the first deadline, we have good news! We have extended the t-shirt design contest until November 14, so that all you artists, fashionistas and recycling junkies will have another chance to show us your eco-sassy creations! In celebration of America Recycles Day and the Mayor's Race 2 Recycle on November 15, each student should submit a eco-themed design on 11x14, recycled paper, using any medium they wish, as long as the finished product is flat and scannable.
Entries will then be narrowed down to 12 finalists who will appear on WSB-TV's Going Green Georgia Web site in November where visitors can vote for their favorite t-shirt design.
The winner of the popular vote will now have their design featured on a Keep Atlanta Beautiful t-shirt!
NEW DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14.
