Kim Bell Benjamin, an Atlanta native, resides in the Capitol View Manor neighborhood of District 12. She is former Deputy Director with the Fannie Mae Corporation. Kim enjoys neighborhood revitalization and family time. |

Advisory Board
Estee Andrews is Program Manager for Atlanta’s Solid Waste Services. Prior to this position, he was Program Manager for Atlanta’s Parking Management, a probation officer, law enforcer and investigator assisting the FBI in the prosecution of juvenile pimps. He served in the US Navy and worked for the US Secret Service as Fraud Clerk and Personnel Investigator on local and national levels. |
Frank Killoran, a resident of Peachtree City, is employed by Pratt Industries, one of KAtlB’s largest sponsors. He has 18 years of experience in the recycling industry. Frank is on the board of Keep Clayton County Beautiful and a member of Atlanta’s Business Recycling Taskforce. |
Abbey Mullaney Patterson, a Georgia native, is employed by the Australian Trade Commission and lives in Inman Park of District 2. She has fourteen years experience in managing city recycling and waste management contracts, lobbying on environmental issues, and designing and managing waste and recycling programs for major sporting events and three Olympic Games. Abbey is on the boards of Park Pride and Friends of the Emory Forest. |
