Corliss Claire, Interim Chair, is a long time Atlanta resident and Chicago native, lives in the Adams Park Community of District 11 . She is an active community volunteer, Master Gardener, and heads up community outreach initiatives for Code Enforcement for the City of Atlanta. |
Tina Arnold, a native Atlantan, is a proud 5 year resident of the Lakewood Heights community,representing District 1. She is an Interior Designer for In Your Space, an energetic grass-roots organizer and volunteer, a board member of Morehouse School of Medicine's Prevention Research Center, and founder of Sustainable Lakewood (a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for historic Lakewood Heights residents by instituting programs which promote healthy living, environmental consciousness, and community pride and involovement). |
Alisa Chambers, a transplant from Seattle, WA, has lived in Atlanta for nine years and considers it her home. She lives in Woodland Hills, District 1, but has close ties to the Old Fourth Ward and the Historic Fourth Ward Park and Conservancy. Alisa regularly volunteers with the BeltLine, the Sierra Club, and actively attends NPU-W and Neighborhood Watch meetings.
Catherine A. Chase has resided in Atlanta's District 2 for three years and is a San Francisco native where she still maintains a home. She is an active member of Central Atlanta Neighbors and Park Pride. |
Carol H. Chestnut is retired Activities Director for Arbor Terrace. She has lived in southwest Atlanta’s District 11 for 17 years and is committed to her family, church and community. |
Jeffrey Lewis Childers, a native North Carolinian, lives in the Kirkwood Community of District 5. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and lives with his two dogs, Fritz and Bling Bling. |

Holly Elmore is the Founder and Executive Director of the Green Foodservice Alliance (GFA), an Affiliate of the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA) where she utilizes the extensive business skills she developed during an eclectic professional path to take action and make a difference through the GFA. |
Kanika Greenlee, an Atlanta native, resides in the Park Place South Community in District 12. She is a program coordinator with the Keep Georgia Beautiful Program at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. |
Tanya C. Mitchell is a District 9 resident. She is a former NPU chair and Code Enforcement Officer Senior. She is currently Neighborhood Deputies Coordinator for City of Atlanta, Department of Planning and Community Development.

Marc Olsen, a resident of District 6, is a Director at Taylor Consulting Group, an Atlanta-based financial consultancy specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and litigation support. He is also active in the community and involved in a number of organizations including Rotary, United Way, and Kilifi Kids, a nonprofit serving thousands of children in Kenya. |
Craig Pendergrast, an Atlanta native, is an attorney with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. He lives in northwest Atlanta and represents District 8. |
Amy Phuong, an Atlanta native, lives in the Grant Park Community of District 6. A recent graduate of Georgia Tech, she is an active community volunteer and works for McMaster-Carr in operations and logistics management. |
John Wolfinger, an Ohio native and retired retailer, lives in Virginia-Highland, City Council District 6. He has been a city resident for 40 years, is involved in community volunteerism, and is an avid gardener. |
Cindy Wolfe is a retired educator living in Grant Park who currently works as the director of the Georgia Green and Healthy Schools program for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. |
Advisory Committee
Estee Andrews is Program Manager for Atlanta’s Solid Waste Services. Prior to this position, he was Program Manager for Atlanta’s Parking Management, a probation officer, law enforcer and investigator assisting the FBI in the prosecution of juvenile pimps. He served in the US Navy and worked for the US Secret Service as Fraud Clerk and Personnel Investigator on local and national levels. |
Alex McCray has served the Atlanta community by volunteering on several boards of environmentally conscious organizations including Atlanta Recycles, and the Georgia Restaurant Association Green Foodservice Alliance. For more than 20 years, Alex has assisted businesses and nonprofits in implementing environmental programs. As a staff member to Mayor Franklin's Office, he helped to constitute and run the City of Atlanta's Environmental Affairs Office, assist in the development of Mayor Franklin's Sustainable Atlanta Initiative and develop and promote the Keep Atlanta Beautiful - Greener Atlanta Initiative.
